We stayed at a hotel in a great location, close to many tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and eager to please, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and modern, with plenty of charging sockets. The breakfast had a good selection and was regularly topped up. It was convenient to have a restaurant and bar on site. The location was very safe and in a central area, making it easy to explore the city.
We had difficulty finding a taxi to the airport, which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel's location was really convenient for exploring the city. It was close to a large shopping mall and within walking distance to many tourist attractions. The staff were also very helpful and attentive. the shower in our room had great water pressure, a nice bonus.
There were a few issues with the hotel that detracted from our experience. the breakfast provided was just okay, nothing special.

Great harbor view, clean room, ample towels, excellent roommaid. Bright hotel entrance, breakfast room, and room. Variety of restaurants, bars, cafes nearby. Close to Shopping Centre and Florida Street.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I liked the friendly and professional concierge service. They were very helpful in storing my luggage and giving me directions. the hotel had a great location with restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby, as well as a shopping center and Florida Street within walking distance.
There were some negative aspects to my experience. the breakfast was not up to my expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, close to the port for traveling to Uruguay by ship, and also near the ferry terminal. It was also very convenient as it was centrally located, with access to everything in the city. We were kinda surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of our room.
